In this addition to our Mindfulness in primary schools series, your pupils will explore the importance of sleep and discover plenty of KS2 Mindfulness activities to help improve their sleep quality. Using Mindfulness exercises and creative techniques, your children will discover the impact of sleep deprivation and understand how the choices they make at night can have a huge impact on their days.
