Flip The Script: Challenging Gender Bias
Gender bias affects us all, from restrictive views of masculinity to the reality of the gender pay gap. Left unchecked, these biases can create classroom friction and lead to discrimination or bullying. At One Day we believe every child should be celebrated and supported, not stereotyped.
In this age-appropriate, creative exploration of gender equality for KS2, pupils will look beyond societal expectations to discover what makes each individual truly unique. Our facilitators guide the class to recognise how labels divide us, ensuring pupils leave equipped with the confidence to challenge bias safely in their daily lives.
