Where does our food come from? Ask children and most will tell you: the supermarket! Our Field to Fork workshop changes that perspective by taking KS1 pupils on an exciting journey from seed to plate.
Through drama, children explore the life cycle of our crops, becoming the very plants we eat as they discover what elements plants need to thrive. We investigate modern farming techniques, learning how farmers use clever methods to grow the food that feeds the world. By bringing agricultural science to life through the performing arts, we give children a meaningful understanding of where their meals really begin. Book today for a brilliant bit of ‘agri-culture’!

A large, clear space (such as a school hall) is ideal so participating children can move around comfortably. The more information you can provide about the needs of your class the better.
