Workshop
Earthquakes & Volcanoes
KS2
Popular
What are earthquakes and volcanoes? What causes them to happen? How do humans protect themselves?
The North and South Poles may be on opposite sides of the earth, but just how different are they? Like Ernest Shackleton and Ann Bancroft, pupils will join an expedition into these (not so) desolate tundras. Using performing arts, this Arctic and Antarctic KS2 workshop looks at everything from brave explorers to climate change, Arctic habitats to Antarctic wildlife. Hop on board the mighty ship Endurance and set sail towards the ends of our world! An ideal workshop for schools all year round or for British Science Week.

Class Teacher"I liked the activeness and how engaged the children were. Behaviour management was brilliant. The children learnt key facts as well as overall ideas and are now really enthusiastic about our new topic! "
