Let’s zip around the world in 60 minutes, exploring a range of weird and wonderful animals! From Arctic habitats to tropical rainforests, this KS1 workshop uncovers how many of the planet’s incredible creatures are perfectly suited to these varied homes. An ideal workshop for schools all year round or for British Science Week.

What the children learn...

  • Explore a variety of common plants and animals
  • Examine a selection of habitats, and why the animals that live there are suited
  • Express ideas and feelings through voice, movement, role play and drama

How this One Day Workshop works:

Structure

This is delivered as a one-hour workshop for up to four classes of 35 children across a school day.

Price

Pricing for this workshop is £450 + VAT for a full day.

What we need from you

A large, clear space (such as a school hall) is ideal so participating children can move around comfortably. The more information you can provide about the needs of your class the better.
