Reach Out (Anti-Bullying Week 2022)

Become an Anti-Bullying Champion this year thanks to our dedicated Anti-Bullying Week workshop for primary schools. Tying in closely to the 2022 theme ‘Reach Out’, your KS1 and KS2 pupils will participate in a range of engaging drama activities. By the end, they’ll feel empowered to REACH OUT when bullying occurs.

As core members of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, keeping children safe, happy and informed is our priority. Together, we’ll consider big questions like: What is bullying? What should we do if it happens to us? How can we help if we see it happening to others? Join us in this Anti-Bullying Week school workshop, fire up your imaginations and get ready for some seriously catchy answers – the Anti-Bullying Academy is open for business!

What the children learn...

  • Explore what forms bullying can take and what to do when it occurs
  • Examine why it’s important to ‘Reach Out’ and challenge bullying
  • Learn who we can talk to for help
  • Express ideas and feelings through role play, voice and drama

How this One Day Workshop works:

Structure

This is delivered as a 1-hour workshop for up to four classes of 35 children across a school day.

Suitable for

KS1 / KS2 / P1 - 3 / P4 - 7

Price

Pricing for this workshop is £450 + VAT for a full day.

What we need from you

A large, clear space (such as a school hall) is ideal so participating children can move around comfortably. The more information you can provide about the needs of your class the better.
