School exams can be a challenging time for pupils, both mentally and emotionally. Discover the power of Mindfulness for exam stress management in this interactive KS2 school workshop. Using discussion-based activities and creative exercises, we’ll equip your pupils with knowledge and practical tips to help them explore feelings of anxiety and better manage stress both throughout exam week, and the rest of the year.

What the children learn...

  • Take part in basic mindfulness exercises that can be used at home and in the classroom
  • Explore skills and strategies that will help them to be resilient during exam season

How this One Day Workshop works:

Structure

This is delivered as a 1 or 2 hour workshop per class of 35. We can usually work with up to 4 classes across a school day.

What we need from you

A large, clear space (such as a school hall) is ideal so participating children can move around comfortably. The more information you can provide about the needs of your class the better.
