We believe mindfulness is a powerful life skill, and a key tool to help your pupils become Superheroes!
In this newest addition to our Mindfulness series we use Mindfulness techniques and discussion based activities to explore feelings of anxiety and worry around exam week. Pupils will learn practical tips and exercises to help manage stress in exam week, and for the rest of the year.

Explore the concept of mindfulness
Take part in basic mindfulness exercises that can be used at home and in the classroom
Explore skills and strategies that will help them be resilient during exam season.
Explore how to communicate how they are feeling
Creative Play workshops are short and sweet, designed to be a burst of creativity to keep children engaged. As the sessions are one to two hours long, we can with two to four classes across the school day. The sessions are led by an experienced facilitator who collaborates with pupils in order to explore the topic through drama.
Options to extend to a full day by focusing on more Mindfulness techniques are available
