We are all Human, and now we can learn to be Mindful Humans. Everyone is unique, but one thing we have in common is our feelings. Mindfulness techniques can help us have a better understanding of our thoughts and feelings, and give us a greater understanding of the world around us. • Take part in basic mindfulness exercises that can be used at home and in the classroom
