An interactive KS2 workshop where your pupils tackle a rather big question: what does it mean to be British? Lively discussion, performance and debate sit at the heart of this creative day, allowing students to develop an understanding of topics such as democracy, individual freedoms and the importance of respect. Join us to delve into British values past and present, and discover the part we all play in building a happy, healthy society for everyone.

What the children learn...

  • Understand the importance of the five key values of our country - democracy, the rule of law, individual freedom, mutual respect and tolerance


  • Explore these values as work in the world
  • Express ideas and feelings through voice, movement role play and drama

How this One Day Workshop works:

Structure

This workshop can be delivered as a one-hour, two-hour or full-day workshop depending on your class numbers and preference.

Suitable for

KS2 / P4 - 7

Price

Pricing for this workshop ranges from £365-£450 + VAT for the full day depending on the number of classes. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.

What we need from you

A large, clear space (such as a school hall) is ideal so participating children can move around comfortably. The more information you can provide about the needs of your class the better.
