Summer is here and the sun has got his hat on, hip-hip-hip-hooray!
We just wanted to wish everyone a happy summer holiday and let you know that we are excited to see you all again next year!
Here at One Day we have had a fantastic academic year, starting with our WWI projects in November that took pupils on a thought provoking journey through Britain in 1914. We also had massive success with our Online Safety workshops in Safer Internet Week, which showed pupils the importance of staying safe online, while still celebrating the positive power of the internet.
Last but not least, our most popular workshop for this academic year (by far!) has been our Stone Age workshop, which explores the world around 8,000BC. It seems both children and adults alike love to embark on a dramatic adventure steeped in history, curiosity and wonder – we love it too!
We hope these workshops continue to encourage children to love being active in drama, dance and music, whilst also learning and having fun!
We wish you a wonderful summer break and we look forward to another brilliant year with you.
