Workshop
Ancient Egypt
KS2
Let’s head back thousands of years in this Ancient Egypt school workshop for KS2 and find out as much as we can about what the Ancient Egyptians did with their mummies.
Welcome to the One Day museum, chock-full of exhibits on the Kingdom of Benin. Mirabel and Jenny are ready to show KS2 pupils around this ancient civilisation, bringing Benin culture, history and landscapes to life! Find out about the powerful Oba and the role they played in Benin life, discover the many guilds and try your hand at a spot of brass-casting! Safe to say, this is a museum tour like no other. You may even get to perform in the all-important annual parade!
