Gang Mentality

England, Scotland, Wales

Do you want to be in my gang? In this hard hitting workshop we explore peer pressure of large groups ‘ganging up’ on a victim, and why people choose to be a part of these groups in the first place. Our facilitators use drama as a safe learning technique to provide an open platform for discussion and expression.

Your class will…

  • Explore what it means to be part of a gang, why people join and the risks of involvement

  • Explore the current UK law surrounding gangs

  • Explore where to turn for help

  • Explore peer pressure in relation to gang culture
  • Have a great day!

These workshops are designed for working with one class (maximum 35 students) for for two hours or a full school day. The sessions are led by an experienced facilitator who collaborates with students in order to explore the topic through drama.

We can work with one or two classes across the school day, depending on your class numbers and timetable constraints.

Tell us more about your classes knowledge of the topic and any issues you are facing in advance of the workshop day so the content we deliver can hit the spot!
