Our hard-hitting ‘Don’t Talk to Strangers’ workshop explores the dangers children and young people are exposed to online and how to spot the signs of online grooming.
Online grooming may be hard for parents to recognise because it can happen when children are supposedly safe at home. Also, groomers may specifically warn children not to talk to anyone about it.
There are a number of signs to be aware of and our workshop will take parents through some of the ways to spot the signs at home and how we can talk to our young people about them.
These sessions can be delivered as hour-long sessions, or can be extended slightly depending on number of attendees.
This workshop works well in conjunction with either our “Don’t Talk to Strangers” for KS2 and/or “Fake Me Out” for KS3 and KS4 workshops.
