St Andrew Comes to Town

On November 30 the world celebrates St Andrew’s Day, Scotland’s national day! There will be parties galore in Scotland, events around the world, and you could even turn your school hall into a buzz of excitement with us.

Are you ready to take a journey back in time?! Our St Andrew’s Day creative workshops provide a practical and engaging opportunity to encourage learning about Scotland. St. Andrew became the patron saint of Scotland about a thousand years ago and St. Andrew’s day continues to be celebrated every year. Come with us, using drama and play as a vehicle to explore this much-loved topic

One Day will work with your pupils through a dynamic and creative workshop with our fully trained professional facilitator. Our One Day facilitator and your budding thespians will explore a diverse range of key themes such as enhanced creative teaching of the chosen topic, stimulating imagination, encouraging discussion, enhanced speaking and listening skills, improved confidence, teamwork  and oh yes… let’s not forget… bags and bags of fun!

"Staff and pupils who were involved in the drama workshops thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Your Facilitator clearly set boundaries with the children and explained how the day would work out. She was also good fun and the children responded very well to her. Our pupils and staff, who attended were very impressed with what the classes had achieved in a short space of time. We would happily recommend you to others and hope to work with you again in the future."
