The fast-paced and exciting world of online gaming can be really good fun and a great place to learn and play, if we are aware of the dangers and how to avoid them.
At each level we meet a new danger facing children today. Can our plucky online character JoJo work out how to avoid the problems and situations that can be threatening online?
In this performance Effectus Theatre Company in partnership with One Day Creative use their now well-known brand of interactive performance, with fast-paced animations, exciting songs and larger-than-life characters to look at the difficulties we face online.
We look at Social engineering (identity theft), pop-ups, ‘Cookies’, inappropriate (18+) content and in-app purchases. At each level JoJo will work with the audience to stay safe and complete the game. Along the way we will offer helpful tips for staying safe and demystify the world of online gaming. The internet can be a dangerous place, but not if you follow our simple rules!
But can you all make it safely to the final level? And who will be the end of game boss? Find out with our interactive adventure through the world of online gaming
